The Prayer of the Righteous? Who are the Righteous?

Ok we don’t really understand remission. In another post there was comparison done in how remission which the translations transpose and the literal meaning of verses which use this word in place of forgiveness. In review of that we found out that ‘forgiveness’ is the term which makes sense so today in an effort to make this view plain we use the following:

James 5:14-16, “Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, having anointed him with oil in the Name of the Master. And the prayer of the belief shall save the sick, and the Master shall raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he shall be forgiven. Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, so that you are healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous one accomplishes much.”

This is the premise that forgiveness to stay well, stay whole is that we ‘confess’ our sins so they can be forgiven thus, not reducing the ill as in remission but being made whole as in healed.

Look at this:
The set apart ones are called to pray over them in the Master’s Name. In this we kinda wonder why people are steadily getting worse when prayers are going forth. However, one can note 1) anointed with oil in the Name (and) 2) the prayer of belief. Now has anybody an idea about belief in what?

Notice: “Therefore, as chosen ones of Elohim, set-apart and beloved, put on compassion, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, patience, bearing with one another, and forgiving each other if anyone has a complaint against another, indeed, as Messiah forgave you so also should you.” (Colossians 3:12-13).

How can an unforgiving or unforgiven person, unrepentant person, unbelieving person pray for healing? It doesn’t work that way.

Illegitimate? Bastard? Or Not of the Tribe–Hebrew Israelites Stand Up and Be Counted!

In America so called Blacks and other people of the Tribe of Yisra’el, have been stigmatized by the fact that most Hebrew women have, have had and still have today children born with no marital ties to the father; or so it seems. In fact, to further identify and bring home this truth so called blacks have been notorious gaining attention to their relational issues by coining phrases such as; ‘my baby mama, my baby daddy’, and this thinking further promoted by shows like Jerry Springer, Maury Povich and the like enlightened ‘drama seekers’ nationwide of Hebrews plight through DNA testing. Statistically, so called African American are the leading race of single, or one parent homes; mostly mothers and children left alone for various reasons; such as abandonment, prison, or through death.

Accordingly, in America 72% of the black population are fatherless children; or rather where a parent is absent from the home. There has to be separation in the two instances; hence, absent does not equate that the child has no father, because that would be biologically impossible. Furthermore, in countries across the globe other parents of the so called black community face the same plight but on a much smaller scale; Ireland was second (24.3 percent), followed by New Zealand (23.7 percent). Greece, Spain, Italy and Luxemborg had among the lowest percentages of children in single-parent homes.

Consequently, the question is now are the fatherless really the fatherless or is there more to meet the eye here? Moreover, are the children illegitimate or bastards as they have been tagged? The names are not so pronounced today as in the past but still a problem. Today many children are born without their fathers names on their birth certificates. A most harrowing fact is noted, that in times past the term bastard or illegitimate was used to identify a child born out of wed-lock. It is the case that families trying to keep a so called good name would actually send their daughters off to some convent where the unwed girl would deliver the child and the child placed for an adoption. Or there would be relatives out of town who would take the child in until she delivered and raise the child as their own; all this to save the face of the family. However, times have changed and mothers are choosing to raise their children, instead of, giving them away without the father in the home. My prayer is there will be healing and a new and fresh perspective that will help lessen the weight of guilt and shame that comes from this stereotypical thinking concerning the Hebrews.

The term Bastard is translated from the Hebrew term “Mamzer”, which means the same thing; except that it has nothing to do with the fatherless child; or an absent parent, but does concern the one whose seed conceived the babe. In earlier discussions we found out that according to Yah, a man and woman (women) are married when they have sexual intercourse. There is still an ongoing debate for some concerning this fact, however, debating doesn’t change truth. So let’s review.

“And the man said, “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh. This one is called ‘woman,’ because she was taken out of man.” For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.” (Genesis 2:23,24).

One flesh means that the two join together and make one, and duly noted this act involves producing children together. “And Elohim blessed them, and Elohim said to them, “Bear fruit and increase, and fill the earth and subdue it, and rule over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the heavens, and over all creatures moving on the earth.” (Genesis 1:28).

The significance of this truth from the beginning is the intention of sex has always been to make babies, of course it is enjoyable, because if it were not then no one would want to do it. Hence, we know that that sex joins a couple in marriage, and married people have babies. Selah.

However, Yah had specific rules for the Nation of Israel concerning his covenant with them: “Guard yourself, lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land where you are going, lest it be a snare in your midst.“ But break down their altars, and smash their pillars, and cut down their Ashĕrim – for you do not bow yourselves to another mighty one, for יהוה, whose Name is jealous, is a jealous Ěl – lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they whore after their mighty ones, and slaughter to their mighty ones, and one of them invites you and you eat of his slaughterings, and you take of his daughters for your sons, and his daughters whore after their mighty ones, and make your sons whore after their mighty ones.” (Exodus 34:12-16).

So Yah did not want the Children of Israel mingling with the inhabitants of the land, because there would be temptation to have sex with the women there and be led astray to idols, also the risk of fathering children with them. One may say that they did so through war. However, this is what the covenant is concerned with. Yah did not want impure children.

Today concerning the Hebrews: “And to the rest I say, not the Master: If any brother has an unbelieving wife, and she thinks well to live with him, let him not send her away. And a woman who has an unbelieving husband, and he thinks well to live with her, let her not send him away. For the unbelieving husband has been set-apart in the wife, and the unbelieving wife has been set-apart in the husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are set-apart.” (1 Corinthians 7:12-14).

This thing about being unequally yoked with unbelievers is very misunderstood. For those of us who can identify with Christian teaching anyone outside the doors of the sect is to be avoided. However, this teaching is misleading. Yah is not talking about Christians or religion, or rather, believing if someone dosen’t go to church they don’t believe. It is the case that if one believes this way they are short sighted, because not going to church doesn’t equal no belief at all. In essence, He is talking about Hebrew marriage where one believes truth and the other does not; could be someone is still in the Christian mindset. Hence, one is redeemed and the other is not, and the premise could be not of the faith or not of the tribe. Hence, if Yah says ma’am sir, stay within your race, he means it.

Well this is taking us to a whole other place of enlightenment, because this is where the term “Mamzer” comes in concerning the bearing of children. Therefore, it is in the seed of the man which determines lineage. Hence, a Hebrew man can take a wife and the child still be Hebrew. However for the women, this is not the case, because the woman does not carry seed her children by someone outside of the tribe will be of another.

MAMZER (Heb. מַמְזֵר), usually translated as “bastard.” A child of a marriage forbidden in covenant. Or non Hebrew lineage.

“No one of illegitimate birth does enter the assembly of יהוה, even a tenth generation of his does not enter the assembly of יהוה.” (Dueteronomy 23:2).

The Book of Ezra says this, “And these were those who came up from Tel Melah, Tel Harsha, Kerub, Addan, Immer, but they were unable to show their fathers house, and their seed, whether they were from Yisra’el: Sons of Delayah, sons of Tobiyah, sons of Neqoda, six hundred and fifty-two; and of the sons of the priests; sons of Habayah, sons of Qots, sons of Barzillai, who took a wife of the daughters of Barzillai the Giladite and was called by (((THEIR))) name. These sought their register among those who were counted by genealogy, but they were not found, so they were barred from the priesthood as defiled. And the governor said to them they should not eat of the most set apart gifts until they stood up a priest with the Urim and Tummim. (Ezra 2:60-62)

Here is an explanation from the Jewish Encyclopedia, “BASTARD: In the English use of the word, a child neither born nor begotten in lawful wedlock; an illegitimate child. There is no Hebrew word of like meaning. The mamzer, rendered “bastard” in the A. V., is something worse than an illegitimate child. He is the offspring of a father and mother between whom there could be in law no binding betrothal: issuing either from adultery between a married woman and a man other than her husband, or from incest within the forbidden degrees of kinship or affinity defined in Lev. xviii. and xx. The child of a marriage simply forbidden, as that between a cohen and a divorced woman, is legitimate but “profane”; that is, a son can not officiate as a priest, a daughter is not eligible to marry a priest. But a mamzer, according to Deut. xxiii. 3, must not “enter the congregation of the Lord,” that is, marry an Israelite woman, “nor shall his tenth generation enter,” etc., which includes also the female mamzer (Ḳid. iii. 12; Mak. iii. 1). The older Halakah, however, was more rigorous, Akiba declaring any child of a forbidden connection a mamzer (Yeb. iv. 12, 13; Yer. ib. 6b; Bab. ib. 44a, 49a).” (See: http://www.jewishencyclopedia.com/articles/2648-bastard).

The core of this may not be what one expects; however, for those suffering guilt shame and remorse because the father chose not to stay be assured that the man is at fault if he does not find favor with a wife and walks away without giving a certificate of divorce. Being uneducated and not following Yah has its consequence; in this case for the children. However, the good news is that they are not illegitimate if they have a father; no child is. What makes them illegitimate is difficult to hear (not the seed of the tribe), but we have new knowledge and strength to recover. Press on.

We can run in any lane we want to, problem is we might not be anointed for that particular one we choose. Walk in the Spirit.

I remember running track; or rather just running because I knew I could. I use to race our toy poodle, Georgia Girl in the park. Back and forth, up and down that park she and I would run. Surprisingly, the dog gave out. This is how I would practice if I had no one to practice with. One day a man stopped. I saw him park and get out, and when I was done going home, he said, “I just had to get out and watch I never seen a human being beat a dog running.” I smiled and said she has short legs.

When I started competing I found that my freestyle was not needed or desired, and it was that way because everyone were assigned lanes. If we crossed over into another runners lane we could be disqualified from the race. Hence, Anointed doesn’t mean no rules.

What I get from this that not everyone is anointed for the challenge of running against an opponent, but that doesn’t mean everyone cannot run. What it does mean that some people will stop, quit or give up before the finish. However those anointed will hang in there to win it.

Today: You hang in there too. Gentiles might be running faster, but remember they have short legs….you will win.

Maiden

What is a maiden? By definition a maiden is a young woman, or to paint a more vivid picture; a virgin. Let us note that all females are born this way, untouched, and unscathed by men. Of course a maiden can also be a non- virgin.

Where are the virgins? Of course virgins still exist; however, we have to get this word for those coming up before they fall. It’s serious!

So let us view what happened to our virgins. Hebrews, this word is for you.

This will explain a critical issue concerning sex and marriage according to covenant; especially, today when we live in an age of ‘sex run rampant,’ or the thinking is to get as much sex as you want movement. It is easy to see now why Yah preserves sex for marriage, because sex is marriage.

He says, “And the two will become ‘one flesh.’ (Genesis 2).Young women should be virgins (unmarried), no sex, untouched by any other man when presented to their husbands. This is a big problem when we find people having sex all over the place, especially the women. Conversely, we note that ignorance is not bliss in this instance. We consider that one must have the need to look past our own lives to notice that Yahwah views marriage differently than culture dictates.

Ladies, when we look at this should see that we are in error. However, it may be too late for some of us, not unto repentance, but to get our virginity back. However, we can learn this valuable lesson and teach our girls. Especially, since finding out that it is the women who are guilty of adultery.

Why are we guilty of adultery if we are not married?

Before, someone shouts ‘but he cheated!” Let it be known today that he does not commit adultery; unless, the woman is married. We commit adultery, if he has not divorced us as Yah commands. It is not man’s thoughts on marriage, but Yah’s (we don’t think like Him). Amen.

Somebody say, “IT’S A MESS!” Yes it is!

In fact, this is exactly the reason Paul taught the women saying, “The older women likewise are to be set-apart in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of what is good, in order for them to train the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, blameless, workers at home, good, subject to their own husbands, in order that the word of Elohim is not evil spoken of.” (Titus 2).
Sex makes us married to him; whomever, him is we gave our virginity too. Make sure he is the one. Teach the young maidens this word. That the first is the last in Yah’s eyes, and whoever comes after that for us makes us adulteresses.

Interested?

I know there are some surprised people out there. Yes, some of us have been to the divorce court many times. However, the men are not adulterers unless the woman is married; then it becomes a matter for him of covetousness. Hence, the command which says “Do not cover your neighbors wife…” (Exodus 20). Additionally, if the woman is a virgin, then he takes a wife.

There is a problem then, because our women are already married with kids and have been abandoned.

The men don’t know they’re married, and neither, do the women know and we are all adulterers and adulteresses.

Yah says, “Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with Elohim? Whoever therefore intends to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of Elohim.” (James 4).

The plan of Elohim for marriage does not include divorce. In fact, he hates it. Hence, why is it that the courts are plagued and filled to overflow with people siting all kinds of excuses to break covenant with their spouses?

Can it be that because we don’t know that sex is marriage, and marriage is beautiful and marriage is good, that we have fallen into the enemies trap once again?

Unbelievable! Remember, there is nothing new under the sun.

“And the serpent was more crafty and cunning than any of the beasts of the field.” (Genesis 3).

He tricked us again into believing that after having sex that very first time we were free to go and do it again. No, like Eve, we are adulterous (See: Was Eve Unfaithful to Her Husband?).

The man takes a wife and must give her a certificate of divorce, unless he causes her to commit adultery. (Matthew 5).

Teach this to the young maidens so they can live right.
Praying for all to be free once and for all.

“Master, give me this water so that I do not thirst

Here is a word.:

Being promiscuous is of the devil and right, there are many married couples who unfortunately are guilty of the sin of fornication before they were married. This is where wisdom comes. Don’t do it. Telling the kids, don’t do it.

There is more involved in sex that meets the eye. There is danger of mingling your spirit with some unearthly, sensual spirit which one would never get rid of lest Yah intervene. This is where these so called fatal attractions take root. Violent spirits, hindering spirits, not to mention lying deceitful spirits.

Also, we note that marriage is not recognized by Yahuwah until consummation. He is not the inventor of the marriage license.

Look at this:

“Yahshua said to her, ‘Everyone drinking of this water shall thirst again, but whoever drinks of the water I give shall certainly never thirst and the water I give him shall become (((in him))) a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.

The woman said to him “Master, give me this water so that I do not thirst , nor come here to draw.’

Yahshua said to her,’Go call your husband, and come here.’
The woman said, ‘I have no husband.’

Yahshua said, ‘You have well said, ‘I have no husband,’ for you have had seven husbands. What you have said is true.” (John 4)

Now, The water here is symbolic and denotes how we consistently chase after things, here it is sex and how sex only satisfies temporarily; hence, the woman we have been told had many husbands and the one she is with now is not her husband. Why is this one not her husband. It is the case that she has not had sex with him. Sex marries us to our partners spiritually.

From this, one can gather with this text that the woman had not slept with the man because her spirit was bogged down. In which, Yahshua knew that and invited her to drink the living water that requires her not to dib and dab in world in the world of fornication.

This is why in the word we see that the men “took” a wife. It is the case that when you take something there is sex in involved. In Genesis 34, Shechem took Dinah and his soul cleaved to her, and he spoke tenderly to her.

So I get it, we can’t be letting every Tom, Dick, and Harry ‘take’ our goodies.

The end of that is this, that the woman who learned of the man who knew her secret that is her longing for love but looking in the wrong place. No one can love us uncovered. It is the case here, that we think if we uncover ourselves physically that someone is more attracted to us. Not, so because being uncovered allows us to be ‘raped’ and trampled on; not only physically but emotionally mentally and spiritually.
This message is for all who have ears to hear truth.

“What went ye out into the wilderness to see?

“At that time Yahushuah answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight. All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.” (Matthew 11:25-29)

Ladies and Gentlemen if we are not going to be honest and handle the word of truth with integrity we might as well put our bibles down and walk away. It is evident that the so called saints are blind because up until the scales fell from my own eyes I didn’t see the deception going on either.

I was having a conversation on friends page last night and explaining prosperity as Yah means for us to have it. This person, as many of us are, is deceived thinking that Yahuwah wants us prosperous as in worldly view of prosperity. Yahuwah wants us to have what we need and does not necessarily mean more money to spend it on your pleasures and lusts. (James 4:1-3).

What is deceptive? It is the fact that many equate a man or woman of the Most High to be thus so because of how they look. No man thinks much of a corner preacher, or a woman ministering along side him. Just let someone ask you to go to the local car wash to witness, or to walk and pass out fliers that might be against your will to hang out with sinners (Luke 7:34).

In Matthew 11 John has been thrown into prison. Remember he has been baptising people and they have been repenting from their sins. In another post, we saw how the Pharisees were snooping around and John seeing them coming called them “brood of vipers” or “pit of snakes” asking, “Who warned you of the wrath to come?”

So apparently, up until Johns arrival no one had been warned, and the same thing is happening now which is connected to the prayer Yahshuah prayed about the babes speaking truth, those whose eyes have been opened upon true repentance. So, most likely people who look like they don’t have much or the ones who have been considered ‘dirty and uncouth’, a black sheep are the ones chosen to bring this message. Ain’t that a trip…why? Because you are gonna get the truth. The least shall be greatest in the kingdom and its not talking about stuff…yet.

Here comes truth:  

Well John had the privilege of doing kingdom work without ever seeing or meeting the Messiah in the flesh. Much like many of us who are out there really talking to people and urging them to seek help through Yahuwah. Moreover, John while in prison sent a couple of his faithful servants to ask Him was he the one he had be prophesying about. Imagine that, locked up and hearing word that what you have been speaking has come.

Hear what Yahushuah says, “Tell him, The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and ((((the poor)))) have the gospel preached to them. ((((And))))) blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.”

Why would they be offended? It is because of the way he looked…if you are pronouncing yourself to be king then in the carnal sense people expect you look like a king. However, the Messiah blended in and looked lowly. Then he goes on to clarify why people did not respect John’s authority, most likely the reason why he was locked up at that moment was because the Pharisee though him beneath them in appearance and riches.

Yahushuah asks, “What went ye out into the wilderness to see? A reed shaken with the wind? But what went ye out for to see? A man clothed in soft raiment? behold, they that wear soft clothing are in kings’ houses. But what went ye out for to see? A prophet? yea, I say unto you, and more than a prophet. For this is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.”

I ask today is Yahuwah using people who cannot relate to the (((poor))) he came preach to? People with soft rainment don’t hang out with commoners. They don’t want to go out on the streets and meet with those who need his help…they don’t want to pray for them, touch them.
Lastly, he says, ” Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.”

Truth in the house of Yahuwah. Speak life, and take the kingdom by force.

It might seem things are worse but they are about to get better. Hang in there.

I can hear someone saying as I write this. How or why does she keep saying that? 
Well, I wouldn’t have believed it myself, except that Yah says “all things work out for the good of them who are the called according to his purpose.” (Romans 8:28). So we have to know this to be true no matter how its looking right now.

I know sister and brother that some of us are at our wits end with the way things are going. Remember we face the same things, having all temptations in common (1 Corinthians 10:13). Yah has provided an escape for you my friend…you will be able to bear it. Hang in there.

A while ago, my daughter contracted an infection in her eye. First it was weak and running so I do what we do and went to the drug store and bought eye drops, it was kinda pinkish but she said it didn’t hurt so I let it ride.

It got worse as time went on…during the process I noticed what I thought to be a fever blister so I said to myself that she has inward fever, treated that and it went away. Her eye didn’t improve however, I assumed by now that it was the pink eye.

We know that these doctors say there is not a cure for pink eye…so I say to myself again it will stop soon. It didn’t stop…he eye became so weak that she could not keep it open and was walking around feeling the furniture like a blind person.

I said, “Halie, why are you keeping your eyes shut, do they hurt?”

She says, “No, they won’t stay open..I can’t open them!”

Ladies and Gentlemen, all this was in the span of a little more than a week, and I tell you it got worse.

I had another bright idea, looking on the internet for eye problems and the symptoms matched that of mold in the home. We had a water leak so I was convinced that this was the problem, and demanded that my husband clean that bathroom thoroughly and paint it…we were infested. My bathroom looked great, but Halie’s eye got worse.

She screams, “OUCH, MY EYES ARE BURNING, I CAN’T SEE!”

We run out to the emergency, expecting the worse.

The doctor says, “This type of virus comes from swimming in lakes and public pools…this is the last stage of it, when it gets worse its getting better.”

He said, the sure sign was when he saw the sore healing (I thought it was a fever blister).

So Ladies and Gentlemen, that problem you got…it’s getting better. It might not seem like it cause it’s sore right now, but behind the scenes…it’s getting better.

Was Eve Unfaithful to Her Husband?

We really have to look at the word of Yahweh with both optical and spiritual lenses…one thing looks a certain way using metaphors and similes but in the natural is the total opposite unless light is shone there. No wonder we can’t get it if we haven’t been taught to think this way.

Literature is crazy like that…what child could think that their fairy tale is full of murderous plots and schemes to kill a girl and her grandma unless the parent who reads it to them teach them so.

In the story of Adam and Eve is painted a picture of a beautiful creation and the making of it by a God who made mankind in his image.

Revelation has come and we must look at what really transpired in the garden between the woman and the evil one; that is Satan, because she was deceived. However, there is much about the story which cannot be seen by the carnal eye, and because of this many people have given up hope that the bible is true because of some things mentioned there where in their minds cannot possibly be true.

Here we take a deep look and uncover what really happened.

Upfront and personal. Eve was unfaithful to her husband. Why would I say such a thing? It is because no one has sex with snakes. I don’t believe it (anymore) and probably some of you had questions too. So how did it happen? We have been lied to and tricked.

She was seduced and enticed just like many of us have been by good looks and charm.

Hear the word: “For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.” (1 Corinthians 11:15).

 In one breath Paul tells us that these prophets are telling lies. Why? Because they are of the enemy who comes as an angel of light? 

An angel of light is someone who comes with the appearance of doing a good work. Conversely, some of us fall quickly for good looks and most certainly good conversation. For some of us (women) when a man can offer us something and we “think” we can gain from it; we are in, sometimes without question. Hence, Eve was no different.

The text says, “Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, “Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?” (Genesis 3:1)

We have to feel this truth, because the tone here is electifying. Ladies, have you ever read a romance novel where the couple is into the moment and you can see (and feel) the emotion in conversation right up and into their love making? Well, this is what happened here; only it was not told.

The word “subtle” gives us a clue that Satan came as a smooth talker. 

Probably sounded more like this, “Hey baby you are fine!” Hmmm, look at those breast and that pretty long hair!. Taking a handful he put her hair to his nose and breathed deeply. Eve stood captivated. (More conversation) He had her attention. Easy?

It is at that moment of smooth talk that sex took place between the two, and also the moment that he planted his seed in her, a thought.

Listen to the after sex talk: “Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

And the woman said unto the serpent, “We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:  But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.”

And the serpent said unto the woman, “Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”

Just like that, after sex talk is powerful and for a women we can be easily tricked during this time if we are under the wrong influence. In Eve’s case she was powerless to stop the lie.

Where was Adam? We remember that Adam has a job. Good men work and are faithful to it. He had charge of the animals and the entire garden. So we see that Eve did not immediately eat of the fruit. No, because the thought had to take root. So after her lover had left she basked in the aftermath of their love making thinking about the words he said to her so lovingly…

“Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”

Eve hurried and took her bath in the river that flowed through the Garden, preparing for Adam’s return…and when he got there…”Honey, how was your day?”

He showed her his catch of the day..they talked and ate…and after dinner go for a stroll in the garden…Eve walks right up to that tree without a second thought, remember she had settled this in her mind basking in the glow of after sex talk….”And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.”

I had another thought here also, that the couple probably had sex after dinner because men become free hearted after sex; whereas some might not be so generous before…a woman can really persuade him to do some things after she has sex with him. So in this instance…the women can be just as bad as the guys. Adam was powerless and ate because he was sexed up.

There you have it folks, a true story…You know the rest of it….one evil thought and when we act on it becomes sin.

He who hath ears let them hear.

A New Look of being Quiet

So many of us have not looked with eyes wide open at the text to see truth. The bible speaks to black women specifically telling us to clean up our act. In saying to clean up our act this would involve how we dress. We are notorious with the braiding, weaving and sewing in of hair, along with, jewelry clothing and make up. We love the nails and our feet done as do other women. However, black women are guilty of another type of look; that is, big mouths, smart mouths, flippant mouths, sarcastic mouths, nasty mouths, vulgar mouths, criticizing mouths, disgusting mouths and all these to our husbands, and significant others. This is not how we are going to get him Ladies to see Yahweh in us.

Let us look at the text and see truth of where we fit into this:

1 Peter 3:1-6

“Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives; While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear. Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands: Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement.”

There we have it daughters, in black and white. Being afraid in amazement would say or ask how we are to do this when he is not right, or for fear of being done wrong. However, Yahweh will take care of him when we do our parts. Trust is key in this. SSSShhhh!!!!

The Winebibber, Today’s Wino

“The Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a man gluttonous, and a wine bibber, a friend of publicans and sinners. But wisdom is justified of her children.” (Mathew 11:19).

Some of these holier than thou people have turned their backs on those of us who need help, choosing to chase money and profaned doctrine. Literally, some of us who say we are saved have become so arrogant and prideful that we have become “Stuck up” and considered our service to be merely, Sunday morning worship. Wrong thought! It is not the case that Yahshuah separated himself from those who needed him most, and we must know saints that the ones who need him most are not at church but outside. He congregated with those without and was accused of being a winebibber.

What is that? In today’s terms a winebibber is literally a “Wino.”

Yes, Yahshuah liked to drink the drink. However, we also see that he did that without falling into sin. Meaning, he knew when enough is enough. We cannot begin to think this way without rebirth.

The word of Yahweh says this: “And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit…” (Ephesians 5:18).

So we see that we are not to condemn those who have “addiction” issues. Yahshuah sat among them and then left his spirit to comfort those who have these ills about them.

“For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.” (Hebrews 4:15).

Are we guilty of condemning those who suffer? Repent now and be restored to right thinking. Have we turned our back on the one who suffers most? Pray now and judge not lest ye be judged. In all things forgive so that you can be forgiven.

Yah is here to set the captive free. Trust him.
