Count it All Joy and Persevere until You Overcome

bible-hebrewsThere again, scripture says “Count it all joy” when you fall into divers [various] trials because there is ‘Proving of your belief” working in you to generate perseverance.
Every where people profess the name of Jesus. There is nothing new about that, because history proclaims that the Hebrews throughout the centuries have been beaten into submission concerning Christianity, especially in slavery where their owners used the bible to dole out lashes if someone disobeyed them. It is the case, that the name has stuck both spiritually and mentally through the ages.

If this is the case, then it would behoove us to see that the ‘proving’ these verses speak of is not Jesus, Christianity or anything else but True belief of the Most High. In essence, those who believed in Yahuah first, and those who are called back to His name.

The proving of your belief then brings about trials of various types. In other words, one should ask how can one be saved from something where everyone is saved? Hence, if Christianity says all are saved, then this is contrary to what the scriptures proposes, that is, someone needs saving and it is in a name unknown to us today. Why? Several reasons present themselves, (a) We forgot, (b) someone intentionally left it out, and (c) the name was changed. We can now began to see that trials might come for choosing to believe other than we were taught spiritually and mentally.

For example, through belief, that is heart and mind acceptance of evidence presented does not necessarily mean actions in behavior present themselves all at once, however, there has been confession of belief other than what we have been taught.

“But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” – that is, the word of belief which we are proclaiming: that if you confess with your mouth the Master יהושע and believe in your heart that Elohim has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and one confesses with the mouth, and so is saved.” (Romans 10:8-10).

Additionally, with this confession come trials to get us to deny the belief we have confessed in truth. Look at Job how when various trials came upon him all who knew him, even his wife said that either he had done something to bring that on [sinful behavior] and that he should curse the Most High. Hence, the same can be applied to your belief, that is intentional sin reigns, or for this occasion the testing of your belief.

Essentially, either we do or we do not. Those who do persevere, because the testing is bringing about as James said, “endurance”.

Endurance entails that something greater is coming about. Hence, the question becomes who shall overcome it? Ask for wisdom.

Be Steadfast & Unmovable

saiKeep your eye on the prize. Know that the race is not given to the swift, nor is it given to the strong but to those who endure [hold on, hang in there, who do not give up and do not faint]. until the end.

“I again saw under the sun that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the mighty, nor even bread to the wise, nor even riches to men of understanding, nor even favour to men of knowledge – for time and chance meets with them all“. (Ecclesiastes 9:11).

So what that says today is that all have the same start, but unfortunately not all hang in there.

Today: Are you the one? Today are you the one who will hold on to the finish. It is well today, believe it.

(1 Corinthians 15:58) Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in the work of the Master, knowing that your labour is not in vain in the Master.

Facing God: I Will Not Quit Until You Bless Me

FightfortheTruth_slide1x_365_y_273

And He said, “Let Me go, for the day breaks.” But he said, “I am not letting You go until You have blessed me!” So He asked him, “What is your name?” And he said, “Yaʽaqoḇ.” And He said, “Your name is no longer called Yaʽaqoḇ, but Yisra’ĕl, because you have striven with Elohim and with men, and have overcome.” [Yisra’ĕl means “to strive with Ěl, to overcome with Ěl, (then) to rule with Ěl” ]. And Yaʽaqoḇ asked Him, saying, “Please let me know Your Name.” And He said, “Why do you ask about My Name?” And He blessed him there. And Yaʽaqoḇ called the name of the place Peni’ĕl, “For I have seen Elohim face to face, and my life is preserved.” (Genesis 32:26-30).

If we can imagine what it would be like to actually wrestle with the Most High as Jacob did then we must consider that we must do the same as he did, that is, to actually wrestle with Him. However, to do that we must be a contender in the work for the Most High. In actuality, what this says is that Jacob was not a quitter, not a ‘wanna be’. Hence, it is the case that when we wrestle with something we desire to contend, or we are bent on having that thing no matter the cost. Jacob was determined to contend. How do we know this? We know because when the Messenger said, “Let me go”, Jacob did not, essentially, getting his request to be blessed. How many are able to hang in there and wrestle with the Most High even with your hip out of joint?

What that means sir, ma’am is that there is going to be pain to get the blessing. We are going to have to go through something to be a contender for the blessing.

Some of us expect ease, comfort, a good time. I can imagine that those of us who lack wealth or even having a minimal amount of money can relate to uncomfortable conditions. Some of us wonder from time to time how ends will meet because of lack. Its never easy for some of us who hang in there dispite the situation, but there are those who quit, who give up or are about to, then, this message is for you who are thinking about throwing in towel and if you have put the towel down already pick it back up, because it is not too late to be a contender.

Longsuffering has its priviledges. Ladies and Gentlemen, when we contend with something is not to tolerate only but to wrestle with it, because that thing may bring you face to face with the Most High. That means to struggle, to move, to deal with it. Whatever it is.

Today: Anybody got some ‘ITS’ to deal with? Hang in there. It just may be God.

Escape or Excuse?

download (2)It is a bunch of crock and bull to use the excuse ‘its a spirit’ concerning homosexuality, or rather, all sin for that matter. Well yeah, duhhh it is a spirit, but if we have authority to case out demons in the Name because these people are carrying a wicked spirit then why aren’t people able to cast those out?

In essence, we yell its a spirit, because we do not know what to do. Its like giving up, helpless, without hope and walking away.

Hence, here comes another excuse because people cannot get help which says they are born that way. Bull corn, fooey and boloney! No! Yah said male and female. So if someone is saying different that means they are lying to them self. A lie has to be thought of, convincing self to belief and then acted out. Then someone none discerning believes the lie too wanting to be well like, wanting to be a good parent, friend, not wanting to offend. People are tricked to unbelief. Because there is always a way out. Yah said it, he provides an escape (1 Corinthians 10:13), but we don’t want escape we want excuse (Romans 1).

Come on now let us reason. Better yet, let us look at the fact that anyonThe Most High said that people are without excuse (Romans 1).e needs help. There is a problem that has over powered the so called church, and its not cause people are not praying, it is because they are praying in the wrong Name.

Paganism and the Holiday Season

download (2)So then I heard someone say “Thank the Lord we made it to another one”, and I was thinking to myself ‘Another what?’

I could have taken this to say that the person was thankful for another day, but I knew this person was thinking what all people still pagan in their thinking thought of yesterday, and that is, ‘Thanksgiving’.

Truly we are hooked. We are hooked when all the evidence presented straight from the word of the Most High is ignored. We are hooked if we cannot break free from it.

In the past, I have never seen anyone carry over the message of repentance into the Thanksgiving dinner table discussion. Hence, there are game discussions, what happened over the last year since we met and families sometimes in the same city have not the forewithal to call and check on a loved one.

In fact, I have to wonder if there is any care or compassion past this one day. In essence, repentance then is not a topic of worldly tradition leading no where. Plus the fact that more people sin yet again through gluttony during the holiday season.

Today: Think better than that and say to be thankful I will seek out the will of the Most High for myself and those I love. Prayerfully eyes will be opened and ears will hear truth.

The Reign of Heaven on Earth

the kingdom of heavenThe reign of heaven is not what we think.

We should look deeply at this this term reign because Yahshua says he is giving us the reign of heaven and we shouldn’t be so quick to think money and wealth so quickly. If Yah says, “Do not worry,” and “I will supply your needs” this brings to light that someone is not living a glam filled life.

So listen, to have the reign of heaven on earth is what this means {Matthew 7].

To reign on earth one has to have thinking of predominance, or rather to hold the position and name of sovereign with out exercising the ruling power. In other words, to reign on earth we enjoy the privileges of a heavenly lifestyle until its time to take our place again as royal priests. That means, control over our thoughts, our lifestyles as chosen, beloved and graced of Yah. Does that make sense?

Look at this:

Mat 13:44 “Again, the reign of the heavens is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man having found it, hid, and for joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.
Mat 13:45 “Again, the reign of the heavens is like a man, a merchant, seeking fine pearls,
Mat 13:46 who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it.

So then we are finding truth of identity and giving up ungodliness for righteousness or right thinking to live set apart.

You have heard sold out, or you have heard do not cast your pearls to the swine, then this is it? The reign of heaven on earth.

Few there are who find it. The narrow gate.

Good Deeds

proverbs 16_3We may never know the effect our living a righteous life before men has had. The help we gave someone, or that encouraging word, but we can be sure that what we do in private; that is, in secret has gotten God’s attention.
Look at this:
“Beware of practicing your righteousness before other people in order to be seen by them, for then you will have no reward from your Father who is in heaven. “Thus, when you give to the needy, sound no trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may be praised by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you. “And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites. For they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.” (Matthew 6:1-6)
I was thinking about this because its great to want praise reports from people we have kept lifted, also good to hear that prayers are answered; but what is it about when we see people inquiring and bragging about who they prayed for, what they did an when for Sis Lucy and Bro. Joe? Broadcasting that they bought them something to eat…certainly not because the family needed help but because of their need of recognition and attention. God says that we should keep it quiet when we share…giving in private. People doing stuff and spreading what they did over the neighborhood…so what if Sis. Lilly is wearing the suit you gave her last week; should everyone know it was you?
Today: Do it as unto the Most High and not unto men for Yah sees.

The Prayer of the Righteous? Who are the Righteous?

Ok we don’t really understand remission. In another post there was comparison done in how remission which the translations transpose and the literal meaning of verses which use this word in place of forgiveness. In review of that we found out that ‘forgiveness’ is the term which makes sense so today in an effort to make this view plain we use the following:

James 5:14-16, “Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, having anointed him with oil in the Name of the Master. And the prayer of the belief shall save the sick, and the Master shall raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he shall be forgiven. Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, so that you are healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous one accomplishes much.”

This is the premise that forgiveness to stay well, stay whole is that we ‘confess’ our sins so they can be forgiven thus, not reducing the ill as in remission but being made whole as in healed.

hebrews
Look at this:
The set apart ones are called to pray over them in the Master’s Name. In this we kinda wonder why people are steadily getting worse when prayers are going forth. However, one can note 1) anointed with oil in the Name (and) 2) the prayer of belief. Now has anybody an idea about belief in what?

Notice: “Therefore, as chosen ones of Elohim, set-apart and beloved, put on compassion, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, patience, bearing with one another, and forgiving each other if anyone has a complaint against another, indeed, as Messiah forgave you so also should you.” (Colossians 3:12-13).

How can an unforgiving or unforgiven person, unrepentant person, unbelieving person pray for healing? It doesn’t work that way.

The Belief

john 4_14“Humble yourselves, then, under the mighty hand of Elohim, so that he exalts you in due time, casting all your worry upon Him, for He is concerned about you. Be sober, watch, because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour.” (1 Peter 5:6-8)

Let’s face it, the devil isn’t after people who are already his. He comes to steal, kill and destroy, and frankly, why would he kill steal or destroy what belongs to him.

This is what we should get…that the devil deals with lust. He seduces with trinkets and stuff we like, and it is the case that the minute we decide to go another way; that is THE WAY, he is going to make it hard to stay there.

We should be careful to watch!

The word says, “Resist Him, firm in belief, knowing the same hardships are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.” (v.9)

We should question then ‘the belief’ surely a life which follows prosperity doesn’t experience these type hardships and persecutions conveyed by stepping away from that life.

Today: Do the new thing….Messianic teaching…seek Torah.

Maiden

What is a maiden? By definition a maiden is a young woman, or to paint a more vividimages (35) picture; a virgin. Let us note that all females are born this way, untouched, and unscathed by men. Of course a maiden can also be a non- virgin.

Where are the virgins? Of course virgins still exist; however, we have to get this word for those coming up before they fall. It’s serious!

So let us view what happened to our virgins. Hebrews, this word is for you.

This will explain a critical issue concerning sex and marriage according to covenant; especially, today when we live in an age of ‘sex run rampant,’ or the thinking is to get as much sex as you want movement. It is easy to see now why Yah preserves sex for marriage, because sex is marriage.

He says, “And the two will become ‘one flesh.’ (Genesis 2).Young women should be virgins (unmarried), no sex, untouched by any other man when presented to their husbands. This is a big problem when we find people having sex all over the place, especially the women. Conversely, we note that ignorance is not bliss in this instance. We consider that one must have the need to look past our own lives to notice that Yahwah views marriage differently than culture dictates.

Ladies, when we look at this should see that we are in error. However, it may be too late for some of us, not unto repentance, but to get our virginity back. However, we can learn this valuable lesson and teach our girls. Especially, since finding out that it is the women who are guilty of adultery.

Why are we guilty of adultery if we are not married?

Before, someone shouts ‘but he cheated!” Let it be known today that he does not commit adultery; unless, the woman is married. We commit adultery, if he has not divorced us as Yah commands. It is not man’s thoughts on marriage, but Yah’s (we don’t think like Him). Amen.

Somebody say, “IT’S A MESS!” Yes it is!

In fact, this is exactly the reason Paul taught the women saying, “The older women likewise are to be set-apart in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of what is good, in order for them to train the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, blameless, workers at home, good, subject to their own husbands, in order that the word of Elohim is not evil spoken of.” (Titus 2).
Sex makes us married to him; whomever, him is we gave our virginity too. Make sure he is the one. Teach the young maidens this word. That the first is the last in Yah’s eyes, and whoever comes after that for us makes us adulteresses.

Interested?

I know there are some surprised people out there. Yes, some of us have been to the divorce court many times. However, the men are not adulterers unless the woman is married; then it becomes a matter for him of covetousness. Hence, the command which says “Do not cover your neighbors wife…” (Exodus 20). Additionally, if the woman is a virgin, then he takes a wife.

There is a problem then, because our women are already married with kids and have been abandoned.

The men don’t know they’re married, and neither, do the women know and we are all adulterers and adulteresses.

Yah says, “Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with Elohim? Whoever therefore intends to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of Elohim.” (James 4).

The plan of Elohim for marriage does not include divorce. In fact, he hates it. Hence, why is it that the courts are plagued and filled to overflow with people siting all kinds of excuses to break covenant with their spouses?

Can it be that because we don’t know that sex is marriage, and marriage is beautiful and marriage is good, that we have fallen into the enemies trap once again?

Unbelievable! Remember, there is nothing new under the sun.

“And the serpent was more crafty and cunning than any of the beasts of the field.” (Genesis 3).

He tricked us again into believing that after having sex that very first time we were free to go and do it again. No, like Eve, we are adulterous (See: Was Eve Unfaithful to Her Husband?).

The man takes a wife and must give her a certificate of divorce, unless he causes her to commit adultery. (Matthew 5).

Teach this to the young maidens so they can live right.
Praying for all to be free once and for all.
