Count it All Joy and Persevere until You Overcome

bible-hebrewsThere again, scripture says “Count it all joy” when you fall into divers [various] trials because there is ‘Proving of your belief” working in you to generate perseverance.
Every where people profess the name of Jesus. There is nothing new about that, because history proclaims that the Hebrews throughout the centuries have been beaten into submission concerning Christianity, especially in slavery where their owners used the bible to dole out lashes if someone disobeyed them. It is the case, that the name has stuck both spiritually and mentally through the ages.

If this is the case, then it would behoove us to see that the ‘proving’ these verses speak of is not Jesus, Christianity or anything else but True belief of the Most High. In essence, those who believed in Yahuah first, and those who are called back to His name.

yahuwah_yahushua

The proving of your belief then brings about trials of various types. In other words, one should ask how can one be saved from something where everyone is saved? Hence, if Christianity says all are saved, then this is contrary to what the scriptures proposes, that is, someone needs saving and it is in a name unknown to us today. Why? Several reasons present themselves, (a) We forgot, (b) someone intentionally left it out, and (c) the name was changed. We can now began to see that trials might come for choosing to believe other than we were taught spiritually and mentally.

For example, through belief, that is heart and mind acceptance of evidence presented does not necessarily mean actions in behavior present themselves all at once, however, there has been confession of belief other than what we have been taught.

“But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” – that is, the word of belief which we are proclaiming: that if you confess with your mouth the Master יהושע and believe in your heart that Elohim has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and one confesses with the mouth, and so is saved.” (Romans 10:8-10).

Additionally, with this confession come trials to get us to deny the belief we have confessed in truth. Look at Job how when various trials came upon him all who knew him, even his wife said that either he had done something to bring that on [sinful behavior] and that he should curse the Most High. Hence, the same can be applied to your belief, that is intentional sin reigns, or for this occasion the testing of your belief.

Essentially, either we do or we do not. Those who do persevere, because the testing is bringing about as James said, “endurance”.

Endurance entails that something greater is coming about. Hence, the question becomes who shall overcome it? Ask for wisdom.

For God so Loved the World? Or True Israel?

court gavelConcerning John 3:16-21. I wrote Israel in place of “the world” and someone said they don’t think that is a right translation it should say the world.

I say what makes someone think that when God hates idol worshipers? Moreover, I don’t know that “the world” is a correct translation seemingly if we think about it, that is, if someone was so bold as to change Yahuwah and Elohim to God lord and Lord and the the name Yahushuah to lord then what makes us think that “the world” did not replace Israel.

Hear the truth said, “And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil. But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Then came she and worshiped him, saying, Lord, help me. But he answered and said, It is not right to take the children’s bread, and cast it to dogs. And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table. Then Yahshuah answered and said unto her, O woman, great is your faith: be it unto you even as you will. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour. ” (Matthew 15:24).

We missed it, it is not about the woman and her child, except to say that by her faith her child was healed. There is no association needed there. Many people confuse this to mean that Yahshuah came for everyone. However, it is the case that he says that he “came for the lost sheep of Israel.”

This indicates that it is by grace that Israel is saved…we can wish for salvation, we can think salvation, we can play saved, look saved, act saved and all else but this message is clear that Yahuwah came to save Israel.

However, if you have faith as the woman did…you can be made whole TOO!

There is not another way….he is the narrow gate. More to the point. Israel is His chosen. That’s the message of hope for True Israel.

I still say that it is Israel who is saved by grace…for Yahuwah so loved Israel that he sent his son….

In 1 Corinthians Paul tells the church that they are responsible for “judging” the saints who are in fellowship with other believers and in short tells them that it is Yahuwah who judges the world…why would God send his Son for the world he is going to judge?

Take a look:

“Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life? If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church. I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren? But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers. Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded? Nay, ye do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren. Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? ” (1 Corinthians 6:1-11)

Stop right there! This is not about somebody suing you, look deeper.

Hence, we see here that Paul says that so called saints should not run to the “world system” to solve their problems when they can handle them amongst themselves. Why would Yahuwah then be concerned for “the world?” He does not love “the world” which is full of idolatry. If we look at it….it took Him sending Yahshuah to save us for him to even acknowledge us, Israel because we fell to idol worship. God doesn’t see us when we are not walking in righteousness, meaning honoring the covenant and the commandments. God sent his son for Israel whom he calls and still calls an ADULTEROUS NATION, NOT THE WORLD.

Judgement means he has turned his back and ready to administer punishment ON THE WORLD. Hence, what we see here is people trying to get in living and acting any kind of way. It doesn’t work like that. No one comes to the Father except through the Son and that means something has got to change. HE CAME FOR THE LOST SHEEP OF ISRAEL. YOU ARE SAVED BY GRACE.

See, the word says, “Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Yahshuah, and by the Spirit of our Elohim.”

Wake up Israel!!!!

It might seem things are worse but they are about to get better. Hang in there.

Romans 8: 28I can hear someone saying as I write this. How or why does she keep saying that?
Well, I wouldn’t have believed it myself, except that Yah says “all things work out for the good of them who are the called according to his purpose.” (Romans 8:28). So we have to know this to be true no matter how its looking right now.

I know sister and brother that some of us are at our wits end with the way things are going. Remember we face the same things, having all temptations in common (1 Corinthians 10:13). Yah has provided an escape for you my friend…you will be able to bear it. Hang in there.

A while ago, my daughter contracted an infection in her eye. First it was weak and running so I do what we do and went to the drug store and bought eye drops, it was kinda pinkish but she said it didn’t hurt so I let it ride.

It got worse as time went on…during the process I noticed what I thought to be a fever blister so I said to myself that she has inward fever, treated that and it went away. Her eye didn’t improve however, I assumed by now that it was the pink eye.

We know that these doctors say there is not a cure for pink eye…so I say to myself again it will stop soon. It didn’t stop…he eye became so weak that she could not keep it open and was walking around feeling the furniture like a blind person.

I said, “Halie, why are you keeping your eyes shut, do they hurt?”

She says, “No, they won’t stay open..I can’t open them!”

Ladies and Gentlemen, all this was in the span of a little more than a week, and I tell you it got worse.

I had another bright idea, looking on the internet for eye problems and the symptoms matched that of mold in the home. We had a water leak so I was convinced that this was the problem, and demanded that my husband clean that bathroom thoroughly and paint it…we were infested. My bathroom looked great, but Halie’s eye got worse.

She screams, “OUCH, MY EYES ARE BURNING, I CAN’T SEE!”

We run out to the emergency, expecting the worse.

The doctor says, “This type of virus comes from swimming in lakes and public pools…this is the last stage of it, when it gets worse its getting better.”

He said, the sure sign was when he saw the sore healing (I thought it was a fever blister).

So Ladies and Gentlemen, that problem you got…it’s getting better. It might not seem like it cause it’s sore right now, but behind the scenes…it’s getting better.

Be encouraged…

Was Eve Unfaithful to Her Husband?

Adam_and_Eve_black-204x300We really have to look at the word of Yahweh with both optical and spiritual lenses…one thing looks a certain way using metaphors and similes but in the natural is the total opposite unless light is shone there. No wonder we can’t get it if we haven’t been taught to think this way.

Literature is crazy like that…what child could think that their fairy tale is full of murderous plots and schemes to kill a girl and her grandma unless the parent who reads it to them teach them so.

In the story of Adam and Eve is painted a picture of a beautiful creation and the making of it by a God who made mankind in his image.

Revelation has come and we must look at what really transpired in the garden between the woman and the evil one; that is Satan, because she was deceived. However, there is much about the story which cannot be seen by the carnal eye, and because of this many people have given up hope that the bible is true because of some things mentioned there where in their minds cannot possibly be true.

Here we take a deep look and uncover what really happened.

Upfront and personal. Eve was unfaithful to her husband. Why would I say such a thing? It is because no one has sex with snakes. I don’t believe it (anymore) and probably some of you had questions too. So how did it happen? We have been lied to and tricked.

She was seduced and enticed just like many of us have been by good looks and charm.

Hear the word: “For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.” (1 Corinthians 11:15).

In one breath Paul tells us that these prophets are telling lies. Why? Because they are of the enemy who comes as an angel of light?

An angel of light is someone who comes with the appearance of doing a good work. Conversely, some of us fall quickly for good looks and most certainly good conversation. For some of us (women) when a man can offer us something and we “think” we can gain from it; we are in, sometimes without question. Hence, Eve was no different.

The text says, “Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, “Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?” (Genesis 3:1)

We have to feel this truth, because the tone here is electifying. Ladies, have you ever read a romance novel where the couple is into the moment and you can see (and feel) the emotion in conversation right up and into their love making? Well, this is what happened here; only it was not told.

The word “subtle” gives us a clue that Satan came as a smooth talker.

Probably sounded more like this, “Hey baby you are fine!” Hmmm, look at those breast and that pretty long hair!. Taking a handful he put her hair to his nose and breathed deeply. Eve stood captivated. (More conversation) He had her attention. Easy?

It is at that moment of smooth talk that sex took place between the two, and also the moment that he planted his seed in her, a thought.

Listen to the after sex talk: “Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

And the woman said unto the serpent, “We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:  But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.”

And the serpent said unto the woman, “Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”

Just like that, after sex talk is powerful and for a women we can be easily tricked during this time if we are under the wrong influence. In Eve’s case she was powerless to stop the lie.

Where was Adam? We remember that Adam has a job. Good men work and are faithful to it. He had charge of the animals and the entire garden. So we see that Eve did not immediately eat of the fruit. No, because the thought had to take root. So after her lover had left she basked in the aftermath of their love making thinking about the words he said to her so lovingly…

“Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”

Eve hurried and took her bath in the river that flowed through the Garden, preparing for Adam’s return…and when he got there…”Honey, how was your day?”

He showed her his catch of the day..they talked and ate…and after dinner go for a stroll in the garden…Eve walks right up to that tree without a second thought, remember she had settled this in her mind basking in the glow of after sex talk….”And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.”

I had another thought here also, that the couple probably had sex after dinner because men become free hearted after sex; whereas some might not be so generous before…a woman can really persuade him to do some things after she has sex with him. So in this instance…the women can be just as bad as the guys. Adam was powerless and ate because he was sexed up.

There you have it folks, a true story…You know the rest of it….one evil thought and when we act on it becomes sin.

He who hath ears let them hear.

The Winebibber, Today’s Wino

hebrew wino“The Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a man gluttonous, and a wine bibber, a friend of publicans and sinners. But wisdom is justified of her children.” (Mathew 11:19).

Some of these holier than thou people have turned their backs on those of us who need help, choosing to chase money and profaned doctrine. Literally, some of us who say we are saved have become so arrogant and prideful that we have become “Stuck up” and considered our service to be merely, Sunday morning worship. Wrong thought! It is not the case that Yahshuah separated himself from those who needed him most, and we must know saints that the ones who need him most are not at church but outside. He congregated with those without and was accused of being a winebibber.

What is that? In today’s terms a winebibber is literally a “Wino.”

Yes, Yahshuah liked to drink the drink. However, we also see that he did that without falling into sin. Meaning, he knew when enough is enough. We cannot begin to think this way without rebirth.

The word of Yahweh says this: “And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit…” (Ephesians 5:18).

So we see that we are not to condemn those who have “addiction” issues. Yahshuah sat among them and then left his spirit to comfort those who have these ills about them.

“For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.” (Hebrews 4:15).

Are we guilty of condemning those who suffer? Repent now and be restored to right thinking. Have we turned our back on the one who suffers most? Pray now and judge not lest ye be judged. In all things forgive so that you can be forgiven.

Yah is here to set the captive free. Trust him.

Stay in his presence…

True Peacemakers of Elohim

blessed-are-the-peacemakers_t_nvBlessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called children of Elohim. (Matthew 5:9)

Peace, we all long for it, and it is the premise that when someone can live peaceable among messiness they have truly arrived at a level of greatness. Peace in context is the absence of confusion, the absence of war, keeping peace, and so on, and we note that it is an ideal situation when all is calm and quiet.

How does a person come to a level of peace? As I was looking at the definition of it I notice a reference to mental calm and tranquility, but also note the use of “law and order,” and ask do we have law and order and if not how do we get it?

The word on the street is that “The Law” of Yahweh is null and void, however, without it we are thrown into a tail spin, so how do we live in peace if we don’t know the law? The answer is we learn it and live it.

In the United States there are simple laws and there are more complex laws to govern us. I will use a common law against stealing which is against the Law of Yahweh and also man’s law which says “Do not steal.” In this common law we ask why is it not good to steal? Why can’t I go out and take what I want; especially, if I am hungry or if I need a car why can’t I (a person in need) have what I need? For one thing we note the law of the land which is common and says that if I steal I am going to jail or pay a fine in which I most likely can’t pay because of the fact that people with money are lest likely to steal or I will do what the word of Yahweh says and not steal because he says so. In the latter case stealing is not appealing and I have turned away from thoughts of this which in turn promotes peace for my neighbors and society as a whole. Hence, I see that it is for the common good of mankind that this law exists, because there is peace promoted for everyone.

I can hear it, people saying “They steal anyway!” Yes, because they don’t know God and they don’t know Peace. There is no in between, either we know Yah or not. We can’t have it both ways.

Today: The law of Yahweh promote peace and those who follow them are the Peacemakers. Are you one? Study the law and live it, it is for your good.
Know God, Know Peace. No God, No Peace.

Sunday, Leaving the Pagan Lifestyle

Nederlands: Surya-Beeldje (6137-1) Suryabeeldje

Nederlands: Surya-Beeldje (6137-1) Suryabeeldje (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Ladies n Gentlemen,

Here is an enlightening thought as we partake of new found knowledge and wisdom today. Let us consider the profound thinking today which is so unlike that which we have been taught. Word has it that to day Sunday has been and today still associated with pagan sun god worship. What this says for many of us is that we are guilty of idolatry and disobedience when we continue on in these things knowing the truth of them. However, we cannot escape saying or writing or living our days out without them. What do we do.?

The word says that we are in the world not of the world. Well,
this says much about how we approach Sunday once we know truth, and we can ascertain that we cannot skip a Sunday in this life, but we can choose not to participate in whatever it is which goes against the Most High.

Hence, we see that some things can be avoided and some cannot. Whatever the case, Yahweh calls us to preach truth no matter what day it is…someone, somewhere needs the word to save them. Therefore, let us continue on towards the mark of the High call that is in the Messiah our Lord.

Instinctively, we no longer participate or blaspheme his holy name. Be ye faithful.

Pride Comes Before Destruction

Proverbs-16--3So what I decided is that we can’t help anyone if they don’t want to be helped. I have seen it all today. What I see is that people are arrogant, haughty and prideful. It is not the case that all people who are arrogant, haughty and prideful who concern me. We have to know that all people’s problems are not ours to handle, however, when it is right there in your face, this is the lesson. We can deal with it or be done with it.

Deal with it, let us consider that a moment, when we deal with those types of people we have to know that they don’t know they are that way. Arrogance and all the rest I have discovered comes in certain degrees. As does haughtiness, and a prideful spirit. Which degree we work with is important in considering who is past help and who can be helped. It is not the case that all people can’t be helped however, there are some who can’t be and no matter how we try to help it won’t work. So that we see now, some things are for God and some things are with our power which is as it should be. Furthermore, we get a clue that we are powerless without him and powerful with him; all thing all are possible.

It is not that we should continue in these tug of war episodes which led to death and destruction of life and happiness, but is noted that this is the time to get out of the way and allow Yahweh to do what he does, fix it his way. That is hard to do until the matter is removed from our hands. We have to know that we cannot out fix, work it out like he can. He is all wise.

Be done with it, let us consider the possibilities of that…we release that thing, that person which in this form of haughtiness, pridefulness and arrogance have reached a maximum limit in life. We can no longer deal it, this is because the person we deal with has become “narcissistic” in there mind, that being, all three rolled into one big prideful, arrogant and haughty mess. We can’t help them but God can. Pray, Pray, Pray and pray again. God says, “It’s all about how we proceed.”

Time to let it go, be done with it, and give it to God.

Praying for all to be set free today….enjoy it.

Can You Go? Will You Go?

The more clearly Isaiah saw God, the more aware Isaiah became of his own powerlessness and inadequacy to do anything of lasting value without God. But he was willing to be God’s spokesman. When God calls, will you also say, “Send me”?

Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send? And who will go for Us? Then said I, Here am I; send me. (Isaiah 6:8)
(Life Application Bible Study Devotion)

Are you willing, even if the calls is not one of comfort?

We can say yes, however, when the time comes to go there we balk and fight because the assignment God is calling us to is against the grain…the grain meaning what everybody is doing.

How many have cooked a pot roast? I’m using an example of the pot roast because those things are really fun to cook because you get to put all these great seasonings, and it slow cooks…how many know that the juice cook through and though when that thing slow cooks.

Conversely, nobody likes a dried out and brittle roast, and neither do that like it tough. I used to watch my mother cut the meat and notably, she said that there was a way to cut it that didn’t go against the grain of the meat. The roast is made with these little lines that if cut the wrong way makes it crumble but if slice correctly you have neat thin cuts of meat that look great along side the potatoes and carrots that are waiting….hmmm, aren’t you hungry?

Well, I’m a witness that when the meat is cut correctly there is not a problem chewing and swallowing; however, if it’s not it gets stuck in your teeth and takes forever to get it out.

This is the way people are when they are asked to do something that goes against the grain of their thinking…they fall apart, because after there is a call, nothing is going to work after that…absolutely, nothing until you pick that thing up and do it.

Seemingly, it’s easier to follow the masses, but it takes much work to keep it together when you have to go against the grain, out of the area of comfort. God has been preparing us for this type of cut…seasoning, slow cooking us to desired gifting. Just right to labor.

God is calling us back, will you go?

Unequally Yoked or Being the Yoke?

Let’s talk about unequally yoked. We have been taught that we should wait on Godly and righteous men and this is a good thought if we can wait; however, the situation pans out many men and women who were not saved when they got marriage but are living righteously now.

Many people were God ordained to be married but someone might not be saved or maybe not delivered just yet. Hence, what we see is that maybe there is need of some perfecting of someone, someone needs see salvation, and someone must need help to become more like Christ. It is not the case that we are going to meet Prince Charming or Princess Charming and be whisked off into eternal blitz…someone needs to grow up and do some serious soul searching. Especially, if we have been married before, why is it that we aren’t bettering ourselves. Oh, I hear the excuses already, he didn’t , she did, and I won’t, I can’t; however, the question I ask brother, sister is what is going on when we find ourselves with other people and something is wrong with them too?

Can it be that if these people have the same problems that we are attracted to those same kinds of people or are drawing them to us; or, can it be my friend that the one thing all these wives, all these husbands has in common is you?

Be not unequally yoked with unbelievers in marriage, and in friendship. So the two have walked together and one turned back and has yet to return to Godliness equals unequally yoked. This is what happens when affairs take place within marriages and the other person must be restored. Our spirits separated, however, it doesn’t have to be adultery it can be any sin or thought that rises itself up against YHWH. Yes, YHWH remember we wrestle not against flesh and blood means that it is YHWH in us who needs to fight, too much of that flesh against flesh and we know that flesh never wins.

Renewing our minds is important…good word today….be not unequally yoked takes many forms. What we must do is find which one and fight the good fight of faith.
