It is imperative that we get this word today that just because we might have experienced a bad outcome in our lives, rape, divorce, molestation etc., doesn’t mean that everyone we encounter has gone through that, but someone has and can empathize with it. Why are we denying the word that can help someone else because we are still bitter? Too, many people acting like they’re walking, but are feeble minded. What does this mean? Well, why are we afraid to go there? Why can’t you talk about it, look at it, confront it, and see past the hurt? All it take is a decision to get up and God will help do what we cannot do. Don’t you know that when we began to speak out…the strength of the pain is released from us? Doesn’t happen at once, but God is bigger and will move us into recovery when we allow him to touch that spot of our wounded heart. Seek Comfort…
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. For as we share abundantly in Christ’s sufferings, so through Christ we share abundantly in comfort too.
