“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.” (Matthew 7:13-14).
How many of us really have a firm grasp of truth? We think we do but we don’t, even the greatest scholars and theologians missed this word, why because it has nothing to do with what we think and see but what Yah reveals…when the word says enter the narrow gate, that there are few who find it; it is because few can see it there…why? First of all we have to find it, the narrow gate cannot be found without revelation, because if it were that easy everyone would be there. Secondly, because of all the “stuff” blocking “The Way.”
Society has conditioned us to believe that if everybody is doing it then it must be ok even in the church. In contrast, society has sold us many things like drugs, alcohol, and sex through movies, and other means and then offers us rehabilitation to recover from them, even in the church a so called rehabilitation center both are worldly. Everybody does those things and they are going the wrong way.
However, this picture is bigger than drugs, alcohol and sex .
It’s what we see, similar to following the highway and having to pay attentions to signs and while driving you and a friend are into a deep conversation and while the exit to the narrow gate looms just ahead, somehow we don’t see because we have gotten off into this deep conversation about something else.
Let’s talk about the broad gate…our friends are there, church members, family and a host of others going down the same road…how do we know those people are there on the same path…well, if we go to the same church most likely we are hanging around with people who are like us…we listen to the word from a preacher, go to church on Sunday and probably eat at each other’s houses. Those in the same income bracket hang with those in the same. While the poorer are friends with their friends that probably aren’t good for them but because those people in the church are nonsocial able this is what happens, the members sleep with other members married are not, the deacons are stealing…all types of stuff is available on the broad road…the preachers are carted off to jail….everybody’s doing it, the narrow gate…happens when you start to wonder and ask God does he really want you living like that…this is church Yah we say, what is the problem?
Furthermore, why would the Yahshua have this conversation with believers in the first place if they were following “The Way?” Remember he said “Ye are the salt of the earth but if the salt loses its flavor it is good for nothing?” So, what happened then that Yahshua, had to say this if they were on the narrow path? Some weren’t you see, and he had to warn them that there are wolves in sheep’s clothing come to steal them.
The Way to the narrow path is not Christianity and here is why, we must broaden our thinking past the small individual happenings in our own lives. The whole world believes the faith of Christianity. Notably, there are people being converted to believe in the name of Jesus more than any other religion on the planet. Somebody says that is proof that we are on the right path…well, no it’s not. It says much about persuasion and the need for people to fit in and be like everyone else. There are people sitting in church from Sunday to Sunday who are not saved. How do we know…look at the rate of deliverance and the behavior in the church. People look, think, and act just like the unsaved.
Look at this:
According to the article, “Christianity Today – General Statistics and Facts of Christianity.” Mary Fairchild states, “Christianity is ranked the largest religion in the world today. According to the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life, in 2010 there were 2.18 billion Christians around the world, nearly a third of the global population.” Conversely, when we look at scripture the narrow gate doesn’t seem likely to be found by the masses of the population. When we look at the term “find it” we note that this is something that isn’t so easily accepted.
The Pew Forum on Public Religion & Public Life gives this estimate:
“More than one-quarter of American adults (28%) have left the faith in which they were raised in favor of another religion – or no religion at all. If change in affiliation from one type of Protestantism to another is included, 44% of adults have either switched religious affiliation, moved from being unaffiliated with any religion to being affiliated with a particular faith, or dropped any connection to a specific religious tradition altogether.”
In a way this one would seem that there is something that Christianity is lacking being that the practice of it is so much like the world. It is problematic when people cannot see a difference why would they stay?
Fairchild gives a breakdown of those who practice Christianity worldwide, the Top 3 Largest National Christian Populations:
- US – 246,780,000 (79.5% of the Population)
- Brazil – 175,770,000 (90.2% of the Population)
- Mexico – 107,780,000 (95% of the Population):
Conversely, if the thinking is to find the narrow gate; the question becomes whether the masses hold the key to finding it. Isn’t this more like the broad road; rather than the narrow gate leading to life?
Let’s look at the text,
11 And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.
12 And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off:
13 And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.
14 And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.
15 And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,
16 And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.
17 And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?
18 There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.
19 And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.
One came back to give Yah praise, and that one was not associate with Christianity. Notably, he was one those in Christianity would consider least likely. What happened to the others? They went on their way to follow the masses. Narrow is the gate those who praise Yah in spirit and truth will find the narrow gate.
According to Pew, “The survey finds that the number of people who say they are unaffiliated with any particular faith today (16.1%) is more than double the number who say they were not affiliated with any particular religion as children. Among Americans ages 18-29, one-in-four say they are not currently affiliated with any particular religion.”
Note: No religion doesn’t equal no belief or faith.
People are evoking their right to choose; even in Religion. Considering our finding, the narrow gate isn’t found in the Masses. People are finding the narrow gate their own way with revelation for the Most High. There is hope.

I have always thought from the response of seemingly mature saints that the “breakthrough” to which all saints look forward to is a blessings of God, and it should be noted as well that what we consider blessings will be our perception of the breakthrough. HalleluYah! God gets glory in the breakthrough! Glory God!
So as I hear people talking about our prospective breakthroughs coming I (and probably others like me ) have been looking at that thing from carnal eyes. I believed with everything in me that the pain, the heartache, the trials, the suffering, the lack of money and my response to those of praising God, continuing to press; travailing through prayer as a woman in spiritual labor gives birth, and the baby I waited for so expectantly would be…that great job, that husband in line and in tune with the word, the kids all lined up like little ducks to follow me, and me well of course I-deserve this because look what I- have been through. I- am the one who suffered most through this process. I am the one who had to tolerate their behavior and I- am the one God has called to this great task and of course I- am the one who is most faithful to God.
Today I tell you that I have “I-DOL” Worship. I have been worshiping me. In fact, today I know that I have I-DOL Worship because it has been passed down to me as an inheritance of sin from my ancestors, from preachers who passed it down from their teachers, from parents who passed it down to their children, from saints who pass it down through their witnessing and today my breakthrough is God bringing me into the FULL knowledge of ALL TRUTH that all have sinned and fall short, because we IDOLIZE ourselves.
If any man be in Christ he is a new creature, the old has gone the new has come. So why is it that I have IDOLIZED me and my wants; that is the job, the home, the car, the kids walking like well- trained ducks and the man who falls in line with the ideal of my IDOLIZED AND ADULTEROUS mind?
Ladies and Gentlemen, the breakthrough might mean that we might not have that million dollar house, but we worship God in the tent he gives, the kid might be all over the place, but we worship God for their sound thinking one day. The husband might not be what my IDOLIZED MIND has planned for him, but I thank GOD anyway for his willingness to stand up. These are the fruits of the spirit to which we are called, that we as a response be kind and behave the right way…righteous, holy. Glory God!
Yah’s name is great today….give him praise, repent for your I-DOL WORSHIP!
Your breakthrough is coming, but not in the way that you think. God is calling us to experience…ALL TRUTH! GET REAL!
Glory to his name!!!!

2 Corinthian 5
I hate silliness, and I hate lame brain and childish excuses like “I don’t know and I forgot,” because even though both of these are used by children; in adults they are neither becoming or expected, and are indications that a lie is somewhere in the mix. Children have a tendency to lie because they are afraid of punishment, and this habit left unattended can lead to lying adults which is lethal to the person’s ability to establish and maintain social relationships.
Please bear with me on this; the word says, ”
14 And when they approached the multitude, a man came up to Him, kneeling before Him and saying,
15 Lord, do pity and have mercy on my son, for he has epilepsy (is moonstruck) and he suffers terribly; for frequently he falls into the fire and many times into the water. 16 And I brought him to Your disciples, and they were not able to cure him. 17 And Jesus answered, O you unbelieving (warped, wayward, rebellious) and thoroughly perverse generation! How long am I to remain with you? How long am I to bear with you? Bring him here to Me.
18 And Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of him, and the boy was cured instantly. 19 Then the disciples came to Jesus and asked privately, Why could we not drive it out? 20 He said to them, Because of the littleness of your faith [that is, your lack of firmly relying trust]. For truly I say to you, if you have faith that is living] like a grain of mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, Move from here to yonder place, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you. 21 But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting. (Matthew 17:14-21).
I want to add emphasis to the term “moonstruck” to define it…in this instance this indicts an insane individual. What do we think about insane? Do we think about a person who has lost reason or ability to see things clearly; or , who sees things that aren’t there? Do we believe that this person has abnormal thinking patterns? Are committed for incapability to live in society? You are exactly right? And we know that an insane person believes lies…yes, they believe what they say and do is the way this thing really is? So it is fair to say thien that a person who believes his own lies is…insane…moonstruck?
This is exactly the way we need to take it…and most of the time we see an insane person doing odd things…some people to look at them seem normal….nothing abnormal in their appearance…but their behavior, Lies are abnormal behavior which get us in trouble; hence the fire and water.
Amen, we are to rebuke. Rebuke is not a “Hey how was your day?” kinda coonversation. A rebuke is a confrontation and in confrontation we are to announce and call sin out!! Why are we continually accepting lies when we know what they are? Call that thing out every chance you get, everytime you see it!
Lies are nothing to play with, but we must continually fast from wrong thinking and pray about the route to take to lend premise to this horrible sin. Lies are destruction to those who tell them and those who live with them that tell them.
I’m not willing to live your lie with you…come out in the name of Jesus!!!
Have your way Lord…
For you hearing:
John 8:44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.
2 Chronicles 18:21-22 And he said, I will go out, and be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And the LORD said, Thou shalt entice him, and thou shalt also prevail: go out, and do even so. “So now the LORD has put a lying spirit in the mouths of these prophets of yours. The LORD has decreed disaster for you.”
