Think Permanence

“For the LORD God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory.

The LORD will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right.”

(Psalm 84:11)

God does not promise to give us everything we think is good, but he will not withhold what is permanently good. He will give us the means to walk along his paths, but we must do the walking. When we obey him, he will not hold anything back that will help us serve him.

(Excerpt from: The Life Application Bible Study)

Today is such a beautiful day, and beautiful still are those days when the Sun beams with the brilliance that God made it to shine. How great is that to know that even in our most desolate of hours God has hung his glory above for not only the just but for the unjust to enjoy.

Well, God is not like man, and he has great plans for us; however, man might start off with great plans or good intentions, but somewhere in the mix of this may be a set up for him.

God’s plan is good regardless of whether we see the day as good or not. However, just knowing that the sun is set in place for our good seems right.

Today: Stay on the path of righteous for God is there to light the way always.
